Toronto, April 26,  2016 Scarsin Corporation, a software development company specializing in enterprise-class Forecasting for global organizations, is pleased to be recognized by Branham Group, a leading technology research and consulting firm, in its 2016 Branham300 industry ranking. Scarsin placed Number 5 in the Top 25 Movers and Shakers List and Number 13 in the Top 15 Growth List. The Branham300 recognizes the top Canadian and Multinational ICT (Information and Communication Technology) companies operating in Canada.

The list is part of the prestigious Branham300 and honors Canadian companies that demonstrate the unique combination of innovation and creativity critical to long-term success.

The Branham300, now in its 23rd year, is the best-known and most widely referenced listing of Canada’s top private and public ICT companies, ranked by revenue.

"We are extremely honored to be recognized as #5 on the Top Movers and Shakers list this year!  And, as we enter our strategic growth phase, we hope to gain even more momentum on the Branham 300!" says Paul Minshull, founder and CEO of Scarsin. "Innovative technology is something Uxbridge isn’t too well known for but, with our aggressive expansion to keep up with the growth, we’re hopefully changing that."

"The Branham300 is designed to promote Canada's Information and Communication Technology industry and the people who build technology businesses in Canada. This year, we were thrilled to see Canada's Top 250 companies set another revenue record. It is a testament to the strength of our ICT sector,” says Wayne Gudbranson, CEO of the Branham Group.

Canada's Top 250 ICT companies delivered another record year in 2015, generating a revenue total of $96.1 billion, an increase of 5.7% compared to the year prior. That new record number was driven by the impressive performance of Canada's Top 250 tech companies: 75% of the Top 250 generated revenue growth, and 54% delivered double- and even triple-digit increases.
